Canadian Mothercraft’s Philosophy of Child Care

Because each child is unique, with individual needs and abilities, our programs are planned to ensure a logical progression of satisfying learning experiences according to developmental ability.  At Canadian Mothercraft, children enjoy a safe, stimulating and secure environment.  We are a child-centred, family friendly organization that recognizes the importance of co-operation and communication between family and the child care setting.

Our staff is an enthusiastic and dedicated group of teachers with a specialized background in early childhood development education at the college or university level.  Our staff has successfully completed a thorough screening and interview process.  The experience of the staff is variable and diverse, and each contributes to the planning and implementation of our program.  Even more important than the excellent training and invaluable experience, is the sensitivity, understanding and genuine concern they share with the children in their care.
